With the judgement of may 12th 1998 - 312 O 85/98 "Haftung für Links" the german regional court in Hamburg decided that one can be blamed for the content of an externaly linked webpage. The only way to prevent this is, so the court, to dissociate oneself from these contents.

Because I've got no influence on the layout or content of linked pages I distance myself with this definite statement from all externaly linked pages. This disclaimer is applicable for this whole website.
